At a Path Made Clear, our mission is to provide compassionate and reliable services that will assist you with the challenges of aging in place. Challenges like decluttering, downsizing, managing an estate sale, home selling tips, or maybe just assisting with relocating of your belongings to your new home or community. Let us assist while aging in place or advocate during and after a move to ensure the transition is successful. We strive to make your path a clear path so you are not burdened with all the stress that comes with a life change. Our goal is to be the change agent and improve the process, help make the path clear and comfortable for all involved. No time is a better time than now! About Our Founder/Managing Member
Kathy Turner founded Path Made Clear out of a promise she made to herself after losing her mother at an early age. Navigating that loss — without a roadmap, without the right support — left her determined to ensure other families would never have to face a life transition alone.
Her background in Human Resources, combined with hands-on experience inside a senior living community as a fitness instructor, lifestyle and activities coordinator, and sales and move-in coordinator, gave Kathy both the professional foundation and the personal connection that define her work. She does not just manage transitions — she walks alongside families with empathy, expertise, and genuine care.
Today, alongside her sister-in-law and Operations Manager Jami Dotson, Kathy is expanding Path Made Clear into Carroll, Paulding, and Haralson Counties — carrying that original promise into new communities and new families who deserve a clear path forward.

About Our Operations/Business Development Manager
Jami Dotson is a Carroll County native whose path to Path Made Clear was shaped by two deeply personal experiences — supporting her uncle through the challenges of aging, and stepping in to coordinate a full home cleanout for a neighbor who passed away while her only family member was hundreds of miles away. Those moments made clear to Jami exactly what families need most: a compassionate, capable partner who can take the weight off their shoulders.
With a strong background in business and operations, Jami brings structure, reliability, and follow-through to every client interaction. As Operations Manager and sister-in-law to founder Kathy Turner, she is now leading the company's expansion into Carroll, Paulding, and Haralson Counties — bringing trusted senior transition services to the communities she has always called home.
